Marine Ambulance/Speed Boat

Already budgeted in the County budget FY 2024/2025 and approved for acquisition for the Sub County.

Sena Hospital Upgrades

Already upgraded with staffing and facilities commensurate to a level 4 Hospital. Additional staffing will be done once the budget allows in FY 2024/2025.

Maternity and Operation Theatre

Previously non-operational due to incomplete construction of the septic tank. The work was completed on 4/3/2024, and both facilities are now fully operational.

Maternity services are also available at Soklo Health Center, officially opened on 12th November 2023.

Mortuary

The county government will budget for a mortuary at the facility in FY 2024/2025.

Universal Health Connectivity

All level 4 hospitals are being connected at a cost of KES 105,000,000.00. Currently, 15% of the project is complete.
