Group Quote: These are annual quotes based on 100 members.

The Insured Entity: MDF - CBO for a 12-month period.

Premium: The full amount of Ksh 200,940/- is for 100 members and has to be paid upfront for the whole year. If we have fewer members enrolled, the quote will be adjusted accordingly.

Coverage Starts: When the Group (MDF) Premium is paid in full, and NOT when an individual member signs up.

Per Person Premium Rate: Ksh 2,010/- (includes levy and stamp duty).

• The 12 months of coverage starts when the Group (MDF) pays the premium in full. For example, if MDF pays in August 2024, coverage will last until July 31, 2025. Therefore, a member joining in August is covered for 12 months, whereas a member joining in February 2025 will only be covered for 7 months.
• Where the quote states Ksh 50,000/- for 4 children cover, it means Ksh 50,000/- total for all 4 children per year and NOT per child. If fate happens, the member can choose to get the whole Ksh 50,000/- at once for that annual period or just Ksh 12,500/- for that child. If they take the full Ksh 50,000/-, the member will not get any additional child funds for the annual period.

Due to practicality, we recommend the 1st option (85-year EXIT), i.e., the one with a Ksh 2,000/- premium. We can deduct this from the member's annual fee.

This can be used as a recruitment tool and also as an encouragement for those of us who are existing registered members but have not paid their annual dues.
